CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - PART TIME

Primary responsibilities and skills

• Public company regulatory reporting and income taxes

• Supervision of accounting staff

• Ideal candidates will be designated with a CGA or CA.

• Previous construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience a definite asset

SENIOR FIRMWARE / EMBEDDED PROGRAMMER

• 5+ years experience with embedded RTOS (QNX, Embedded Linux or other)

• Strong understanding of test and debug tools (Oscilloscopes, multi-meters, JTAG)

• Project leader with proven ability to work in a team environment

• Experience with Intrumentation

INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE SALES

• 5+ years experience managing international network of sales representatives with proven results

• B.Sc. or B.A. or equivalent; strong written and oral communication skills

• Background in instrumentation or other technical product sales
