Chat

During our business hours, you will find a widget at the bottom right of your screen. Here you can chat live with a Galvanic service engineer to ask any questions you have.

Factory Acceptance Test (F.A.T.)

Customers can have an F.A.T. organized at either our Calgary or Massachusetts factories. In addition to reviewing the purchase order and inspecting the analyzer, hands-on training can also be arranged to better prepare customers once they receive their analyzer. If you are purchasing an analyzer and want to schedule an F.A.T. please send a request through our contact page. You can also learn more on our service page.

 

Factory Feasibility Analysis

Galvanic can perform custom analyses based on a customer’s standard operating procedure. In order to demonstrate a method’s viability, Galvanic offers feasibility analysis. This can be requested along with an F.A.T. or as a standalone service. Customers interested can send a request through our contact page.

 

Maintenance

Galvanic offers a wide range of maintenance services, both on-site and remote. This includes scheduled maintenance as well as emergency support. Please visit our service page for more information.

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)

MSDS documentation can be found in the downloads section of product-specific pages. For example, if you were looking for the “lead-acetate tape” MSDS, you would find that on the ProTech903 page.

 

RMA Center

Customers who need to send their analyzer to Galvanic for repairs can visit the RMA center for details.

 

Spare Parts / Consumables

Start-up / Commissioning

Sales Returns

Customers may return unused items to Galvanic in their original, unopened packaging, within 30 days of the original shipment from Galvanic. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for any freight and transportation charges.
